WHEREAS, the applicant has submitted an application requesting .approval
of landscaping, lighting, sign exception. and underground.ing of utilities
for industrial building with exhibits regarding the property as indicated.

application with regard to the areas of aesthetics and site plan,.
THERE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE CO-I,TITTEE RECO MENDS approval of the
landscaping, lighting, sign exception and undergrounding of utilities,
subject to H-Control Standard Conditions and as indicated on Exhibits
A, B and C and subject to the following further conditions
1That exception to sign ordinance be allowed, allowing the
two signs sho— on Exhibit A
All conditions outlined herein are, subject to the approval of the City
Council and their action is required for final approval of this application."
