Committee Standard Conditions.

1. That the applicant be permitted to use 2' x 6' redwood headers at the
eastern entrance to the restaurant facility.
2. That the areas within the parking lot that do not have existing concrete
berms shall be permitted to use railroad ties instead of the concrete
berms.
