OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO approving the erection of
two shopping center signs as indicated on Exhibit
Informational.

ZONE: P (Planned Development with Recreational Intent)
1-7. Architectural and Site Approval Standard Conditions.
8. The approval is for the Homestead Center and Brunswick portion of the
sign only,
9. Future tenants in the Center who wish to locate their names on the sign
may do so in conformance with the Sign Ordinance in effect at the time.
10, Prior to obtaining a sign permit, the applicant shall submit an agreement
to modify the Brunswick panel at the time that a second tenant seeks sign
identification if the Ordinance in effect at the time warrants such
modification.
11. The portion of the sign which is not being used for tenant identification
shall be covered with redwood boards.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 20th day of November, 1975, at a regular meeting of the
Architectural and Site Approval Committee of the City of Cupertino, State of
