a modification.of landscaping for Parcel 3 of the
Measurex Corporation as indicated on Exhibit C-1-1s.t
Revision.

Conditions:
1-7. Architectural and Site Approval Standard Conditions.
8. River rock may be substituted for the redwood bark and granite rock as
requested by the applicant.
9. The Oleander is to be.interspersed among the river rock and the applicant
is free to add more plantings on the site as necessary to break up the
area.
10. The applicant is to post a bond for a 2 year period with the Engineering
Department equal to the cost of the permanent landscaping approved on
Resolution No. 453 to ensure that the permanent landscaping is installed
in the event the work on ,the percolation pond has not .commenced in that
time.
