of a sign program for a restaurant facility
as indicated on Exhibits F and F-1,

Conditions:
1-7. Architectural and Site Approval Standard Conditions,
H. T'hat.the ground sign for the restaurant be the same as the sign for Cocos
in Sunnyvale on Fremont Avenue and Mary Avenue.
9-, The dimensions of said sign shall not exceed 7 ft. high x 10 ft. wide.
10, The background material of'the sign shall bethe same in color and texture
as the slumpstone used on the restaurant facility.
11. An exhibit of the sign is to be approved by the staff to assure the proper
placement of the sign on the site and the appropriate dimensions. which will
give the sign the maximum aesthetic value.
12. That the applicant may erect a temporary sign as indicated on Exhibit F-1
for a period not to exceed two months,

Architectural and Site Approval Committee of the City of Cupertino, State of
