OF THE ARCHITECTURAL AND SITE APPROVAL COMMITTEE
OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO recommending approval of
exception to the Sign Ordinance of Sections 7.23 and
6.041 to allow one (1) sign in excess of the allotted
number of signs and to allow a ground sign as indicated
on Exhibits A-1, B, B-1 and F. Approval is based on
the finding that the sign is needed for smoother traffic
flow into the restaurant especially on Miller Avenue.

8. That the sign exception is granted for only one additional sign which
shall be the ground sign on the corner of Miller Avenue and Richwood
Drive. The ground sign on East Estates Drive is not approved.

Architectural and Site Approval Committee of the City of Cupertino, State of
