ADDRESS: 10920 Prieta Court, San Jo,se,.California 95127 LOCATION OF PROPERTY: Northwest corner of East Estates Drive and Miller Avenue ZONE: CG (General Commercial) Conditions: 1-7. Architectural and Site Approval Standard Conditions. 8: That the applicant will enter into some form of agreement that is acceptable to the City of Cupertino for off -site parking to satisfy the required number of parking spaces for the site. If this condition cannot be met, the applicant will reduce the seating capacity of:the restaurant to comply with City parking standards. 9. That, some vines be planted on the west wall of the building. 10. That the applicant remove the three 30 ft. light poles and resubmit a lighting plan for approval at a later date. ll.
