That the site plan is to be modified to include a central drivewayentrance as shown on the informational exhibit rather than the two curb cuts shown on Exhibit A lst Revision. 9. That the landscaping is approved conceptually as shown on Exhibit C lst Revision subject to the Architectural and Site Approval Committee review of the final planting scheme which should incorporate the central driveway. 10. In the event that the central drive is not, approved, low shrubs shall be added to the north and south boundariesofthe property as well.as at the two entrances at Saratoga -Sunnyvale Road. ll: A minimum of one 15 gallon evergreen tree is to be planted in the central planter adjacent to the stepping stones. 12.
