OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO. recommending approval of
a ground sign for a retail store as indicated on
Exhibits F and F-1.

Conditions
1-7 Architectural and Site Approval Standard Conditions.
8. The sign is approved on a temporary basis so that at such time as there is
a request for a shopping center sign for Homestead Square that either it
be incorporated into the Goodyear sign or the shopping center design .a sign
that can identify Goodyear also.
9. That the two wall signs be removed.
10. That the dumpster in the rear be enclosed or removed so that`it"is not
visible from Saratoga -Sunnyvale Road.
