OF THE ARCHITECTURAL AND SITE APPROVAL COMMITTEE
OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO recommending approval of
site and. grading for temporary parking added to the
existing westerly parking lots of Buildings 40 and
41 as indicated on Exhibits A and D.
PROPERTY OWNER: Vallco Park, Ltd.

LOCATION OF PROPERTY: South side of Pruneridge Avenue approximately
1,300 ft. west of Tantau Avenue
Conditions :
1-7. Architectural and Site Approval Standard Conditions.
8. That five gallon Redwood trees be planted ten'(10) ft. on center
along the southern property line adjacent to the freeway for a
distance of 600 ft.
9. That a sprinkler system be installed for the trees.
10.. That the City monitor the growth of the trees to determine how.long
it takes the tree to reach a size comparable to a fifteen gallon
container.

Architectural and Site Approval Committee of the City of Cupertino, State of
