Approva I Datea %ne o the tree's are causing problems. Signature t-ifeiofflQveda 1. A tree 6xpMnidentified an infestation of tree beetles which cause poor health of tree 2. The tree is intertwined with the power lines and we are very concerned with fire hazards (especially after the recent wildfires caused by power lines) 3. Tree is lopsided (It was previously trimmed on one side only) and on a slope so we are fearful that it will topple over. 4. The roots have cracked our concrete patio beside it 5. The branches overhang onto our roof causing damage to our roof and clogging our rain gutters 6. Under the Oak is an orange tree that is not getting enough sun and nutrients due to the Oak. Pittosporum 1. This tree is also intertwined with power lines Privit 1. It is growing right on our fence causing damage to fence White Birch 1. It is blocking our new front entrance Replacement Tree We are requesting that no replacement tree be planted. In the backyard and front yard there is no location (see Topo map) that we can have a tree that will not cause problems such as: - intertwined with power lines - roots damaging fence - roots damaging retaining wall - roots damaging patio stones. - Branches / leaves damaging roof, clogging gutters - Blocks sunlight into windows - Blocks front entrance
