(Continued from the Meeting of February 11, 1985? Presentation: Les tMieu, architect Mr. Vanderlaan Mr. Franco, owner Staff reviewed the appeal filed on the Planning Commission decision which was due to come before the City Council at their meeting of ,March le. 1905. The Committee :•;as advised that they had the option of acting on the application or continuing the application pending Council deliberation or the appeal. If the Committee made a decision tonight, the recommendation would appear before the City Council at the same time as the appeal. The Committee discussed the item. Vice -Chairman Rooker indicated no concerns subject to the Conditions stated in the staff report. Committee ?ember Nann indicated concerns relating to the existing perimeter landscaping. To this concern, staff suggested that the Conditions could be modified to require the application return to the Committee for informal review of 1 andscap i nq , as wel i as roof equipment screening and architecture. The applicant suggested some rewording to the Conditions which were agreed to by the Committee. The Committee voted to recommend approval of Application l-1C-51 , b07. 1 subject to the modified �-_ondi ti ons. APPROVAL OF MINUTES: The Committee unanimously approved th _2 Minutes of February 1 1 , 1985 as published.
