FINDINGS:
The Architectural and Site Aprpoval Committee finds as follows with
respect. to this application,
The use of a ground sign, as modified by conditions contained in this
Resolution, is necessary to facilitate public convenience in locating
the site given the extreme setback of the building from De Anza
Boulevard,
CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL: ^
1-8. STANDARD CONDITIONS
Architectural and Site Approval Standard Conditions to the extent
that they. do not conflict with the special conditions enumerated
herein. In the event a conflict does exist, the special
conditions as enumerated; herein shall apply.
9. APPROVED_ EXHIBITS
That the approval is based on Exhibits A-1, B=1, and C of
Application ASAC-51,628.1 except as may be amendedbyadditional
conditions contained herein,
10. SIGN PROGRAM MODIFICATIONS
Exhibits A 1 and B-1 shall be modified at the sign installation
stage as follows,
A) Specify the cabinet color (which should be brown, black or a
similar dark color)
B) Provide a two inch reveal between the bottom of the sign
cabinet and the masonry block pedestal.
C) Provide a sample of the masonry block sign base material for
staff approval prior to installation,
D) Eliminate all internal illumination equipment.
