That the future bike path and sidewalk area be a maximum of eleven (11) ft. The twelve,(12) ft. of area behind the existing sidewalk is to be landscaped so as to provide six (6) ft of permanent planting and 6 ft. of temporary landscaping with the option that 'the temporary landscaping -can be improved in the event that the bike path easement is abandoned.` 2. That the two walkways be shown on the -site plan, one :on the Stevens. Creek Boulevard frontage and one leading from the Sandpiper Restaurant to the 'shops 9 and that these c�.alkcaays be. characterized by some type of textured material. 3. That two additional bike racks be installed on the site as suggested by:the developers 4. That>Raphiolepis be used along the Stevens Creek Boulevard frontage from the edge of the..new landscaped•area moving east o the parking entrance of the Sandpiper Restaurant. 5. .That two more Holly Oak trees, fifteen (15) gallon size, be placed on the Stevens Creek Boulevard frontage. 6. That the shrub be changed from Oleander as suggested by the developers to an evergreen variety that will grow to a height of six (6).to eight (8) ft.
