WHEREAS, the Architectural and Site Approval Committee has reviewed the
application with regard to the areas of aesthetics and site plan,

THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE CO f-1ITTEE RECOMMENDS approval of landscaping
subject to H-Control Standard Conditions and as indicated on Exhibits C and
C-1 and subject to the followingadditionalconditions:
1. That Condition 2 of Resolution No 334 be changed from fifteen
(15) gallon evergreen to five (5) gallon evergreen.
2, .That Conditions 7 & 8 of Resolution No. 334 be deleted.
All conditions outlined herein are subject to the approval of the City Council
' and their action is required for final approval,of this application.
