WHEREAS, the applicant has submitted an application requesting approval of
site modification and landscaping for the parking area between Marie Callender's
and Mikes Hero House with exhibits regarding the property as indicated:

WHEREAS, the Architectural and Site Approval Committee has reviewed the
application with regard to the areas of aesthetics and.site plan,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE COMMITTEE RECOT�..1MENDS approval of site modification
and landscaping subject to H-Control Standard Conditions and as indicated on
Exhibit C-lst Revision and subject to the following condition:
10 That planting of shrubs (Fatima, Xylosma and Nandina) along
Stevens Creek Boulevard be spaced on.four (4) ft° centers
for the purpose of providing screening of parking spaces°
All conditions outlined herein are subject to the approval of the City Council
and their action is required for final:.approwal of this.application°
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 5th day of September, 1973, at a regular meeting of the
Architectural and Site Approval Committee of the City of Cupertino, State of
