; WHEREAS, the applicant.has submitted an application.requesting.exception to
the Sign Ordinance to allow the installation of three -additional identification
.signs for the Bank of America with exhibits regarding the property as indicated.

WHEREAS, the Architectural and Site Approval Committee has reviewed the
application with regard to the areas of aesthetics and site plan, g-
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE COMi1ITTEE RECOINMENDS approval of the
sign exception subject to H-Control Standard Conditions and as`indicated
on Exhibits F and F-1 and subject to the following additional conditions:
to .That the ground' sign be reduced in size so that the total _
height from sidewalk to top of sign is eight (8) feet..-
20 That the two (2) logos, one on the north elevation and one
an the east, remain and that the two other signs be removed<
3a That no further signing be allowed on the building walla
All conditions outlined herein are subject to the approval of the City:Cauncil
and their action is required for final approval of this application.
