Reso 0318RESOLUTION NO. 318 .A RESOLUTION OF THE ARCHITECTURAL AND SITE APPROVAL COMMITTEE OF TIE CITY OF CUPERTINO c ; WHEREAS, the applicant.has submitted an application.requesting.exception to the Sign Ordinance to allow the installation of three -additional identification .signs for the Bank of America with exhibits regarding the property as indicated. PROPERTY OWNER: John Saich APPLICANT: John Brooks Boyd (Bank of America) ADDRESS. 454 Forest Avenue, Palo.Alto, California 94302 LOCATION OF PROPERTY: North side of Stevens Creek Boulevard approximately 300 feet west of Saratoga -Sunnyvale Road ZONE* CG (General Commercial) FIRE ZONE: 2 WHEREAS, the Architectural and Site Approval Committee has reviewed the application with regard to the areas of aesthetics and site plan, g- THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE COMi1ITTEE RECOINMENDS approval of the sign exception subject to H-Control Standard Conditions and as`indicated on Exhibits F and F-1 and subject to the following additional conditions: to .That the ground' sign be reduced in size so that the total _ height from sidewalk to top of sign is eight (8) feet..- 20 That the two (2) logos, one on the north elevation and one an the east, remain and that the two other signs be removed< 3a That no further signing be allowed on the building walla All conditions outlined herein are subject to the approval of the City:Cauncil and their action is required for final approval of this application.
