Reso 0316--51,21,1_5 RESOLUTION NO. 316 A RESOLUTION OF THE ARCHITECTURAL, AND SITE APPROVAL COMMITTEE OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO I+IIIEREAS, the applicant has submitted, an application requesting modification of, site, architecture, landscaping and grading relative to the recreation facility for the De Anza Oaks development with exhibits regarding the property as indicated: PROPERTY OUINER APPLICANT: ADDRESS: LOCATION OF PROPERTY: .ZONE. RIC-7.5 FIRE ZONE: 3 Deane & Deane, Inc. De Anza Oaks 2054 El Camino Real, Santa Clara, California 95051 1600 feet west of Foothill Expressway on Permanence Road WHEREAS, the Architectural and Site Approval Committee has reviewed the application with regard to the areas of aesthetics and site plan, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE COMMITTEE RECO.1,24ENTDS approval of. the modification of site, architecture, landscaping and grading subject to H-Control Standard Conditions and as indicated on Exhibits A,. A-15 B, B--1; B-2, B-3, B-43 C, C-1, C-2, C-3:and D and subject to the following additional conditions: 1. That 'necessary erosion control methods such as landscaping and any. other safety measure determined necessary by the staff be implemented to mitigate potential hazards associated with the grading on the site. 2. That a set of specifications be prepared by an architect prior to the issuance of a building permit delineating the existing trees. to'be saved and how this will be accomplished during construction and completion of the building. 3< That access be provided to the recreation structure that.diverts pedestrian traffic from the pool area. This should be an incline: ramp or trail that would also serve handicapped people who desire access to the recreation area. All conditions outlined herein are subject to the approval of the City Council and their action is required for final approval of this application.
