A RESOLUTION OF THE ARCHITECTURAL, AND SITE IJ-)PROVAL COMMITTEE OF THE CITY
OF CUPE!'zTINO

modification of site plan. for Sunny View Lutheran Home with exhibits regarding
the property as indicated:

LOCATION OF PROPERTY: Northerly of and adjacent to Cupertino Road approximately
230 feet east of Foothill..Boulevard
ZONE: BQ (Quasi -Public)
FIRE ZONE: 2
WHEREAS, the Architectural and Site Approval Committee has reviewed the.
application with regard to the areas of aesthetics and site plan.,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE COMMITTEE err the
modification to allow the relocation of the curb cut and ingress and egress
to the parking lot subject to the H--Control Standard Conditions and as
indicated on Exhibits A 1st Revision and A--1 and subject to the following
additional conditions:
1. That the curb cut be reviewed. by the City staff and relocated
in a position so as to preserve all of the specimen trees on
the building. _ site
2e That the applicant return with a landscaping plan to show the
plantings in both the planting island in the new curb cut and
in the area in which the existing driveway will be removed.
All conditions outlined herein are subject to the approval of.the.City Council
and their action is required for final, approval` of this;applicatione
