as indicated.,

ITHEREAS, the Architectural and Site Approval Committee has reviewed the
application with regard to the areas of aesthetics and site plan,
THEP,EFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE COTLHITTEE RECO 2=DS approval of the sign
plan subject to H-Control Standard Conditions .and as indicated on Exhibit F
and subject to the following additional conditions:
1. That the wood part of the sign be evenly balanced on the base instead
of being offset as shown
2a That the ground level flood lights be set so that they do riot
shine into the street.
All conditions. outlined herein are subject to the approval of the City Council
and their action is required for final approval of this application.'

Architectural and Site Approval Committee of the City of Cupertino, State
