Bow 9642, San .lose, California. 95157 LOCATION OF PROPERTY: Vista Drive between Stevens Creek Boulevard and Forest Avenue; Hogue'Court west of Randy Lane between Forest Avenue and Stevens Creek Boulevard ZONE: R2-4.25 (Duplex) FIRE ZONE: 3 iHEREAS, the Architectural and Site Approval Cozmlittee has reviewed the application with regard to the areas of aesthetics and site plan, THEREFORE,. BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE COI:N�ITTEE RECO IENIDS an-_proval of site, architecture, landscaping and grading subject to H-Control_ Standard Conditions and as indicated on Exhibits A, A-1, A--2, B, B--1,- B-2 and B-3 and subject to the following additional conditions: 1. That all plants along Vista Drive be five-(5) gallon instead of one (1) gallon and that the plant variety denoted as Peter Pan on landscape legend be changed to Lily of the Nile. 2. That a total of nine (9) trees are to be positioned along the Vista Drive frontage. These trees to be a-�iniiTum size of fifteen. (15) gallon evergreen or existing orchard trees..
