Cali.& Bros APPLICANT: Newman Properties ADDRESS: 1101 San Antonio Roads Mountain View, California 94040 LOCATION OF PROPERTY: Northwest corner of Saratoga -Sunnyvale Road and.. 1cClellan Read ZONE; CG (General Co=ercial) FIRE ZONE: 2 T--tHEREAS, the Architectural and Site Approval Committee hasreviewedthe application with regard to the areas of aesthetics and site plan, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE COM1ITTEE RECOMIMENDS approval of the exception to the Sign Ordinance subject to H-Control Standard Conditions and as indicated on Exhibits F;lst Revision and F-1 and subject to the following additional conditions: 1. That the sign on Saratoga --Sunnyvale Road shall be 14' x 10z' with the Ralph's Market and Sav-on Drugstore signs in proportion to these overall outlines. The McClellan Square identification to remain 2 ft.'highe 2. That any sign placed along McClellan Road be a monument type approximately three (3) ft. high -to say -McClellan Square.
