A RESOLUTION? OF THE A.RCHITECTUR-AL AND SITE APPROVAL COINMITTEE OF THE CITY
OF CUPERTINO
ISFEREAS., the applicant has submitted an application requesting approval of
site, architecture, landscaping, grading and lighting fora light industrial
building with exhibits regarding the property as indicated:

LOCATION OF PROPERTY: South of 280 freeway, west of Tantau Avenue,
north of -Stevens Creek. Boulevard and east of Wolfe Road.
ZONE: P (Planned Development with light industrial use intent)
FIRE ZONE: 2
WHEREAS, the Architectural and Site Approval Committee has reviewed the
application with regard to the areas of aesthetics and site plan,
"THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT TEE CM,1ITTEE RECOMIENDS approval ,of site,
architecture, landscaping, grading and lighting subject to H-Control Standard
Conditions and as indicated on Exhibits A, A-1, B, B-1, C and E and subject to the
following additional conditions
1e That the berm area, described by Exhibit'A-1, be reduced from twenty (20)
feet to fifteen (15) feet.
2. That the two Monterey Pines on east side of building, by the side
entrance, be replaced with specimen trees of another evergreen
variety, the two Honey Locust trees be replaced with broadleaf
evergreen and oneadditional tree be added.
All conditions outlined herein are subject to the approval of the City.Council
and their action is required for final approval of this application.
