A RESOLUTION OF TILE ARCHITEC':IURAL AND SITE APPROVAL COMMITTEE OF THE CITY
OF CUPERTINO.
1-1HEREAS, the applicant has submitted an application requesting approval of
a sign plan for are existing church facility with exhibits regarding the
property as indicated:
PROPERTY OWNER: Jason.Chartier
APPLICANT, David Fluitt representing Montebello Montessori School
ADDRESS: 3993 Will Rogers Drive, San Jose, California 95117
LOCATION OF PROPERTY: Southwest corner of Homestead Road and Maxine Avenue
ZONE: BQ (Quasi -Public)
FIRE ZONE: 2
WHEREAS, the Architectural and Site Approval Committee has reviewed the
application with regard to the areas of aesthetics and site plan,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE COMMITTEE REC0MMENDS approval of the
sign plan subject to H-Control Standard Conditions and as indicated. on
Exhibit F ist Revision and subject to the follot4jing additional condition:
1. That the sign be approximately parallel to ilaxine Avenue
on the northeast corner of the property.
All conditions outlined herein are subject to the approval of the City Council
and their action is required for final approval_ of this application.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 4th day of April, 1973, at a regular_ meeting of the
Architectural and Site Approval Committee of the City of Cupertino, State
of California, by the following doll call vote:
