1,111El SAS, the Architectural and Site Approval Committee has reviewed the
application with regard to the areas of aesthetics and site plan,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE COMMITTEE REC01%2KENDS approval of site;
architecture, landscaping, grading and undergrounding of utilities, subject
to H-Control Standard -Conditions Conditions of'approval in Resolution No.
254 and as indicated on Exhibit D-1 and subject to the following additionah
conditions.
1. That the applicant construct or reconstruct a wood tence on
the rear property line to a height of six (6) ft. above grade.
2. That the approval is based upon the visual site relationships
Exhibitdescribed on Exhibit D-1. The building locations and relative
grades shall be certified by a licensed architect or engineer
prior 'to issuance of a building permit.
3 That the applicant shall install a landscaping screen consisting
of Interte;tune Eucalyptus trees. Said trees shall be ten (10)
ft. high upon planting and spaced on eight (8) ft. centers.
All conditions outlined herein are subject to the approval of the. City
Council and their action is required for final approval of this application.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 21st day of March, 1973, at a regular meeting of
the Architectural and Site Approval Committee of the City of Cupertino, State
of California, by the following roll call vote:
