A RESOLUTION OF THE ARCHITECTURAL AND SITE APPROVAL COT1MITTEE OF THE CITY
OF CUPERTINO
WHEREAS, the applicant has submitted an applicationrequesting exception to
the Sign Ordinance to allow a free-standing subdivision sign for a townhouse
development with exhibits regarding the property as indicated'.
PROPERTY OWNER: Chester E. Dam'ico (Attorney in fact) for family

LOCATION OF PROPERTY: Adjacent to and westerly of McClellan Road approximately
250 feet westerly of the intersection of Byrne Avenue

[WHEREAS, the.Architectural and Site Approval Committee has reviewed the
application.with regard to the areas of aesthetics and site plan,
THEREFORE, BE -IT RESOLVED THAT THE CO�,DIITTEE RECO�vJENDS approval of the
sign exception, subject to H-Control Standard -Conditions and as indicated
on Exhibits F and F-1 and for the following reasons-..
1. That signing of the residential conmiunity will be of -service.
to the residents.

2> That signing of the development is tantamount to the naming
of a major apartment complexes
All conditions outlined herein are subject to the approval of the City Council
and their action is required for final approval of this 'application.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 7th day of March, 1973, at a regular meeting of
the Architectural and Site Approval Committee of the City of Cupertino,
