WHEREAS, the Architectural and Site Approval Committee has reviewed the
application with regard to the areas of aesthetics and site plan,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE C011,EITTEE RECOMMENDS approval of the
sign plan, subject to H-Control Standard Conditions and as indicated on
Exhibits F and F-1 and subject to the following additional conditions:
to That price signs currently existing are to be replaced with a
permanent structure and shall be reviewed by this committee.
20 That the proposed sign is not to be changed in excess of six
times a day.
3. That the background lighting of the signwillbe blanked ---out
during change of message.
4. That this sign is to be dimmed appropriately at night so as not
to cause "excessive" glare or distraction to passing motorists.
All conditions outlined herein are subject to the approval of the City Council
and their action is required for final approval of this application..
