Reso 0252HC-51 259 0 7 RESOLUTION NO, 252 A RESOLUTION OF THE ARCHITECTURAL AND SITE APPROVAL COMMITTEE OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO WHEREAS, the applicant has submitted an application requesting approval of modification of existing commercial building with exhibits regarding the property as indicated. PROPERTY OWNER: George 'Yamaoka .APPLICANT. Edwin Jo Myers ADDRESS. 10601 South Saratoga -Sunnyvale Road, Cupertino, California 9501 LOCATION OF PROPERTY., Northeast corner of Portal Avenue and Stevens Creek Boulevard in the Portal Plaza Shopping Center ZONE. CG (General Commercial) FIRE ZONE. 2 WHEREAS, the Architectural and Site Approval Committee has reviewed the application with 'regard to the areas of aesthetics and site plan. THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE COT2-SITTEE RECOM ENDS approval of site, architecture and signing for the modification subject to H-Control. Standard Conditions and as indicated on Exhibit A lst Revision and subject to the following additional condition. 1. That the roof screening treatment on the east elevation be continued to the rear of the building. Also stated, was the landscaping portion of the application be continued until a later date. All conditions outlined herein are subject to the approval of the City Council and their action is required for 'final approval of this application.
