A RESOLUTION OF THE ARCHITECTURAL AND SITE APPROVAL COMMITTEE OF THE CITY

WHEREAS, the applicant has submitted .an application requesting approval of
site, grading, landsca.ainLa and lighting in connection with a 6.1± acre:
condominium conversion of Del Oro Apartments with exhibits regarding the
property as indicated:

WHTEREAS , the Architectural and Site Approval Committee has reviewed the
application with regard to th:e areas of aesthetics and site. plan,
THEREFORE, BE, IT RESOLVED THAT THE COI-- IITTEE RECOiP�IENDS approval of site,
grading, landscaping and lighting, subject to H- Control Standard Conditions,
Planning. Commission Staff Report of December 22,; 1-972 and as indicated on
E->hibits A, B, .B-1, B-2, B--3, C, D and E and subject to the following
additional conditions:
1e That the sign application be continued to a future meeting.
Z. ,That ,.a.t .leas.t f:i.f ty .perce t: (50%) of the five (5) gallon trees
on the Mary Avenue frontage bee replaced with trees of ten (10)
feet in hei-h.t at the time of planting. In addition, all one (1)
gallon plants along Mary Avenue frontage be changed to five (5)
gallon plants. All one (1) gallon plaints along freeway- portion
of the property be changed to five (5) gallon plants.
All conditions outlined herein are subject to the approval of the City Council
and their action is required for final approval of this application.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 7th day.of February, 1973, at a;regular meeting of
the Architectural and Site Approval Committee of the City of Cupertino, State
of California, by the following roll call vote:
