WHEREAS,"the applicant .has submitted an application requesting to modify the
approved site .plan for the Northpoint Townhouse Development to make provision
for tonnis courts within the central open space/recreation area with exhibits
regarding the property as indicated. -

THEREFORE, BE -IT RESOLVED THAT THE CO111ITTEE P.ECOMHENDS approval to modify the
approved site plan for the North point Townhouse Development., subject to H-Control
Standard Conditions and as indicated on Exhibit A lst Revision.
All conditions outlined her are subject to the approval of the City Council
and their action is required for final approval of this application.
