A RESOLUTION OF THE ARCHITECTURAL .AND SITE APPROVAL COi�u�'IITTEE OF THE CITY
OF CUPERTIN0
WHEREAS, the applicant has submitted an. application requesting approval of
site, architecture, grading and undergrounding of utilities for a professional
office complex with exhibits regarding the property as indicated:
PROPERTY OvTNER: S.H.A.R.E. Inc.
APPLICANT: S.H.A.R.E., Inc.
ADDRESS; 1.75 South San Antonio Road, Los Altos,` California 94022
LOCATION OF PROPERTY: Between Stevens Creek Boulevard and. Alves Drive
approximately 150 feet westerly of Saich Way.
ZONE: P (Planned Development)
FIRE ZONE: 2
WHEREAS, the Architectural and Site Approval Committee has reviewed the
application with regard to the areas of aesthetics and site plan,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE CO%i`MITTEE RECO1vR4ENDS approval of site,
architecture, grading and undergrounding of utilities, subject to H--Control.
Standard Conditions and as indicated on Exhibits A lst Revision, B, C and
D lst Revision and subject to the following additional conditions:
1. That the landscaping and lighting be continued.
2. That bicycle racks be provided.
3. That the sidewalk on Alves Drive be continuous with the curb and
not a meandering sidewalk.
All conditions outlined herein are 'subject to the ,approval of the CityCouncil
and their action is required for final approval of .this application.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 17th day of January, 1973, at a regular meeting of
the Architectural and Site Approval Committee of the City of Cupertino, State
of California, by the following roll call vote:
