A RESOLUTION OF THE ARCHITECTURAL AND SITE APPROVAL C014MITTEE OF THE CITY
OF CUPERTINO
WHEREAS, the applicant has submitted an application: requesting approval_ of
site, architecture and undergrounding•of utilities for addition and remodeling
of existing building with exhibits regarding the property as indicated.

WHEREAS, the Architectural and Site Approval Committee has reviewed the
application with regard to the areas of aesthetics and site.plans
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE COT01ITTEE RECOIN�TNDS approval of site,
architecture and undergrounding of utilities, subject to H--Control. Standard
Conditions and as indicated on Exhibits A ist Revision and B and subject to
the following additional conditions
la That lighting, grading, landscaping and signing to be_reviewed
at future time.
2. That directional indicators used on the property should..include
a.comb inat .on;:of (a).ground .markings with--arro-as and lanes and
(b) free-standing signing, if necessary.
3< That the right travel lane of the northerly and easterly driveway
easement be constructed in conjunction with the Bank of ,Araers.ca;
construction and further that the median strip be installed, if
possible
4. That provision Be made on the site for bicycle racks.
5a That provision be made -for pedestrian walkway to integrate this
property to adjacent property; that the nature of sidewalk be of
exposed aggregate and that they be continued across the northerly
