A RESOLUTION OF THE ARCHITECTURAL AND SITE APPROVAL COI.24ITTEE OF THE CITY
OF CUPER.TINO modifying Condition 8 of Application HC-51,199e1 to include
the following additional statements.
This planter strip should be reviewed by the City staff to
be certain that the nature of the plants are in accordance
with the approved twenty (20) ft. planter strip proposed
by the applicant. Plantings should be high enough to
compensate for the elevation, of the parking area above the
planting area Shrubbery at mature height should cover
the windshields of the parked cars
