A RESOLUTION OF THE ARCHITECTURAL AND SITE APPROVAL COM-1ITTEE OF THE CITY
OF CUPERTING
li{'HEREAS, the applicant has submitted an application requesting approval of
a sign plan for a commercial building with exhibits regarding the property
as indicated:
PROPERTY OWNER: Dean flitter and Company
APPLICANT: Federal SignandSignal Corporation

LOCATION OF PROPERTY: Southeast corner of Stevens Creek Boulevard and Finch Avenue

WHEREAS the Architectural and Site Approval Committee has reviewed the
application with regard to the areas of aesthetics and site plan,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE CO MITTEE RECOIZIENDS approval of the sign
plan, subject to H-Control Standard Conditions and as modified by the following
conditions of approval
1. That the existing building identification sign reading.
"Dean Witter & Co., Incorporated" be relocated from the
east side to the west side of the building utilizing the
existing gold letters mounted on slate colored background
tomatchthe color_ and the architectural design of the roof.
2. That.,approva,l, includes relocation of the ground illumination
lights.
All conditions outlined herein are subject to the approvall of the City Council
and their action is required for final approval of this application.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 3rd day of January, 1973, at a regular. meeting of the
Architectural and Site Approval Committee of the City of Cupertino, State of
