The major concern was the screening of automobiles from Bubb Road and McClellan Road. He said the revised site plan would lower the driveway and parking area by 2', putting them on the same grade level as Bubb Road and McClellan Road, which is as much as can be done and not interfere with the drainage. He than showed slides to refresh the committee's memories of site. Mr. W. S. Burgin, 10475 Imperial Avenue, Cupertino, said revised plans would continue ber-:min g on 11c:Clel.lan Road, around cort.er of Bubb Road and taper off, with founding picked up at Imperial Avenue. Mr. Cowan noted site and architecture had been approved by ASAC on January 17, 1973. At the next City Council meeting, Council had approved application with exception of setback of Buildings A. These were to be moved back at: Least 10'. The Planning Director has reviewed site plan and has, determined that the Man as sub- mitted does meet with Council's request. The applicant proposed to place parking stalls, in diagonal position to gain :an extra 10' which would give a 30' setback which would be adequate to meet Council's concern. He noted the applicant would provide more detail on fencing with drauinGs showing type of material and style of fencing to be used. Chairman Sargent said the committee would be discussing landscaping only with this applicant, including lighting and fencing. Mr. Larry 'Madsen, 6731. Arrowood Ct. , Los Altos, signed in.
