Re: Architectural Review
Proposed Addition
11602 Seven Springs Dr.
Cupertino, Ca.
Dear Mr. Heredia,
At your request, I have reviewed the plans for a proposed addition and remodel
proj ect at the referenced location. Drawings reviewed consisted of sheets A I -A3 and D I -
D3, prepared by Green Bay Remodeling dated 3I2919. The project consists of a 40 sf
addition to a corder of the first floor and interior remodeling that changes wall locations.
The project is a category B modification as defined by the Seven Springs Owners
Association Architectural Guidelines.
Overall, the size and appearance of the proposed project conforms to the
referenced guidelines and is consistent with the aesthetics of the development. There are
no sightline or privacy issues involved. Final approval would need to conform with all
aspects of the Cupertino building code, including structural and drainage provisions.
The details of the project, however, need specificity. The roof, exterior wall
finish and windows are shown only to "match existing". Where original materials will
not be reused, replacement products should be specified from the approved list -
ineluding material, style and color - to ensure consistency and compliance with the
guidelines. The final plans should also revise the section cuts to accurately reflect the
location and direction intended.
If you have any questions, or if we can be of further assistance, feel free to contact
us.
Sincerely,
Engineering West
