This letter confirms the decision of the Administrative Hearing Officer, given at the meeting of August
22, 2019; approving an Architectural and Site permit to allow an 80 square -foot single -story addition to
an existing duplex, located at 22821 Medina Lane, according to Resolution No(s). 110.
Please be aware that if this permit is not used within two years, it shall expire on August 22, 2021.
Also, please note that an appeal of this decision can be made within 14 calendar days from the date of
the decision. If this happens, you will be notified of a public hearing, which will be scheduled before the
Planning Commission.
