Councilman Dempster moved, Councilman Stokes seconded, and it vas to counsel

Then Mrs. Fritz stated that the previous owner of certain real prop-
ert7 had operated stables on his property. Since he had sold the
property to another part7 and the stables are still in operation,
she telt that this ~ against City Ordinance 220(i).
Again, ~x. Anderson asked Y~s. Fritz for a specific charge as her
statements vere _de in generalities.
Councilcan Dempster moved that this matter be turned over to the City
Attorne7 tor 1) a determination if there has been &. change ot pro~-
ert7 owners; 2) to determine exactly vbo owns the property nov; 3) to
determine vhether or not an Ordinance has been violated, and 4) it
there has been a violation, that the Chiet Building Inspector contact
the individuals involved and place them under notice that the matter
would be brought up at the next Council meeting so that they could
appear, if they so desired. COlUlcilman Johnson seconded the motion.
Motion carried 4 - o.
3. Mr. Larr)' Rice of 11156 Linda Vista Drive, Cupertino, appeared
betore the Ccuncil to voice his support and the support of his
friends, vbo vere present in the audience, for a nev park site
across from the Dorsa property. He indicated'tvo reasons tor
his support, 1) that the youngsters had no place to go for
pl~ing football, basketball and the like, and 2) that a park
could curb the outbreak of vandalism in the area.
