RESOLUTION NO. 9633
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE C[TY OF CUPERTINO
A GRANT OF EASEMENT FOR ROAnWAY PURPOSES FROM HAROLD
GF.ORGE BARCLAY AND KATHRYN L. F. BARCLAY, LOCATED
AT 22605 RICARDO ROAD, APN 356-01-010
WHEREAS, Harold George Barclay and Kathryn L. F. Barclay have executed a Grunt of
Easement for Roadway Purposes which is in good and sufficient form, granting to the City of
Cupertino, County of Santa Clara, State of Califomia, easement over certain real property for
roadwny purposes, situate in the City of Cupertino, morc particutarly described in Exhibit "A"
and Exhibit "B", attached hereto and made n part hereof, which is as follows.

C1ara, State of Califomia, located at 22605 Ricardo Road.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Cupertino accept said grant so
tendered; and
IT IS FURTHER REVOLVED that the City Clerk is hereby authorized to record said
grant and this resolution.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regulaz meeting of the City Council of the City of
Cupertino this 17th day of June, 1996, by the following vote:

~All that certain real property situate in the City of Cupertino,
• County of Santa Ctara, State of California and being a portion
of Lots 55, 58A, 57. 58, 59 and 80 as said lots are shown upon
that certain map entitled, "Map of the 9th Addition Monta
Vista," which map was recorded April 11, 1917 in 8ook "P" of
. Maps at Page 18 Santa Clara County Official Records and being
more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the common lot corner of' Lots 59 and 55 on the
Northerly line of Ricardo Road as said lots end road are shown
upon said "Map of the 9th Addition Monte Vista";
thence West along said Northerly line 218.08 feet to the
beginning of a tangent curve to the right;
T; thence Northwesterly, Northerly and Northeasterly atong said
curve having a radius of 15.00 feet, a central angle of
122'29'10" and an arc length of 32.07 feet;
