' ~ ~ RESOLUTION NO. 9612 A RESOLUTION OF THE C[TY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO APPROVING THE FINAL MAP AND IMPROVEMENT PLANS OF TRACT NO. 8797; LOCATED SOUTHEAST CORNER OF DE ANZA BOULEVARD AND HOMESTEAD ROAD; DEVELOPER SCS DEVELOPMENT CO. (DBA CITATION HOMES CENTRAL); ACCEPTING CERTAIN EASEMENTS; AUTHORIZMG SIGNING OF FINAL MAP AND IMPROVEMENT PLANS; ~ AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT IN CONNECTION THEREWITH WHEREAS, there has been presented to the City Council for npproval and for authorization to record finel map of Truct No. 87971ocated at the southeust corner of De Anza Boulevard and Homestead Road, showing certain avenues, drives, places, and roads by SCS Development Co. (dba Citation Homes Central); and WHEREAS, there has been presented ro the City Council a pmposed agreement for the construction of streets, curbs, and gutters, and for other improvements, and good and sufficient bonds, fees, and deposits as set forth in Exhibit "A" hnving been presented for the faithful perforcnance of said work nnd the carrying out of said agreement; and said map, agreement, and bonds having bcen upproved by the City Attomey; NCW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT a. Said final map and improvement plans of Tract No. 8797, be and the same are hereby approved. b. The offer of dedication for roadway and for easements is hereby accepted. c. The City Engineer and the City Clerk are hereby authorized to sign said final map. d. The City Engineer is hereby authorized to sign the improvement plans. • e. The Mayor and the City Clerk are hereby Authorized to execute the agreement herein referred to.
