A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO
ACCEP'RNG GRANT OF EASEMENT FOR ROADWAY PURPOSES FROM
HAROLD GEORGE BARCLAY AND KATHRYN L. F. BARCLAY,
APN 356-01-O1Q 22605 RICARDO ROAD
WHEREAS, Harold George Barclay end Kathryn L. F. Barcluy huve executed a
Grant of Easement for Roadway Purposes which is in good and sufficient form, granting
to the City of Cupertino, County of Santa Clara, State of Califomin, easement over
certain reai property for roadway purposes, situate in We City of Cupertino, more
particulazly described in Exhibit "A" and Exhibit "B", attached hereto and make a part
hereof, which is as follows:
All that certain real property situate in the City of Cupertino, County of
Santa Clara, State of Califomia, located at 22605 Ricardo Road, APN 356-
01-010.
NOW,1'HEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Cupertino accept said
grant so tendered; and
, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Clerk is hereby authorized to record
said grant and this resolution.

DEDICATION FOR ROAD RIGHT-OF-WAY AND PUBIIC UTILITY PURPOSE8
All that certain real property situate in the City of Cupertino,
County of Santa Ctara, State of California and being a portion
of Lots 58, 59 and 60 as said lots are shown upon that certain
map entitled, "Map of the 9th Addition Monta Vista," which map
was recorded April 11, 1917 in Book "P" of Maps at Page 16 Santa
Clara County Official Records and being more particularly
described as follows:
Beginning at the common lot corner of Lots 59 and 55 on the
Northerly line of Ricardo Road as said lots and road are shown
upon said "Map of the 9th Addition Monta Vista";
thence West along said Northerly line 216.08 feet to the
beginning of a tangent curve to the right;
thence Northwesterly, Northeriy and Northeasterly along said
curve having a radius of 15.00 feet, a central angle of
122'29'10" and an arc length of 32.07 feet;
thence N 32'29'10" E, (N 38'08' E, Map) along the Southeasterly
line of Stevens Canyon Road (formeriy San Jose Road), 167.17
feet to the most Northerly corner of said Lot 58;
thence S 40'15'46" E, (S 39'43' E, Map) along the Northeasterly
line of said Lot 58 a distance of 10.47 feet to a line parallei
with and distant 10.00 feet 5outheasterly measured at right
angles from said Southeasterly line of Stevens Canyon Road;
thence S 32'29'10" W, along said paraltel line 142.65 feet to
the beginning of a tangent curve to the left;
thence Southwesterly, Southeasterly and Easterly along said
curve having a radius of 20.00 feet, a central angle of
122'29'10" and an arc length of 42.76 feet;
