RESOLUTION NO. 9596
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO
APPROVING THE FINAL MAP AND IMPROVEMENT PLANS OF TRACT
NO. 8824, LOCATED ON BLANEY AVENUF. BETWEEN STEVENS CREEK
BOULEVARD AND PRICE AVENUE; DEVELOPER, KELLY GORDON
DEVELOPMENT; ACCEPTING CERTAIN EASEMENTS; AUTHORIZING
S[GMNG OF FINAL MAP AND IMPROVEMENT PLANS; AUTHORIZING
THE EXECUTTON OF AGREEMENT IN CONNECTION THEREWITH

WHEREAS, there has been presented to the City Council for approval and far
authori~tion to record final map of Tract No. 8824 lacated on the east side of Blaney
Avenue between Stevens Creek Boulevard and Price Avenue, showing certain avenues,
drives, places, and roads by Kelly Gordon Development; and
WHEREAS, there has been presented to the City Council a proposed ugreement
for the construction of streets, curbs, and gutters und for other improvements, and good
and su~cient bonds, fees, and deposits as set forth in Exhibit "A" having been presented
for the faithful performance of said wark and the carrying out of said agceement; and said
map, agrcement, and bonds having been approved by the City Attomey;
NOW, THERF.FORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT
a Said final map and improvement plans of Tract No. 8824, be and the same
are heroby approved.
b. The offer of dedication for roadway and for easements is hereby accepted.
c. The City Engineer and the City Clerk are hereby authoriud to sign said
final map.
d. The City Engineer is hereby authorized to sign the improvement plans.
e. The Mayor and the Ciry Clerk are hereby authoriud to execute the
agreement hercin referred to.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regulaz meeting of the City Couecil of the City of
Cupertino this 15th day of Apri1,1996, by lhe following vote:
