CC Resolution No. 9574 _ _ • ~ RESOLUTION NO. 9574 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF IMPROVEMENT AGREEIvIENT BETWEEN THE CITY AND DEVELOPER, COMMUNITY HOUSINC} DEVELOPERS, INC., 19110 AND 19140 STEVENS CREEK BOULEVAFtD I WHEREAS, there has been presented to the City Council u proposed improvement agreement between the City of Cupcrtino and developer, Community Housing Developers, Inc. for the installation of certain municipal improvements at 19110 and 19140 Stevens Creek Boulevard and said agreement having been npproved by the City Attomey, and Developer having paid the fees as outlined in the attached Exhibit A; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and the City Clerk are hereby authoriud to sign thc aforementioned agreement on behalf of the City of Cupertino.
