MAILHOT; LOCATED AT 10250 SCENIC BOULEVARD; APN 357-08-013 WHEREAS, Marc McGee and Kristi A. Mailhot, Grantors, hAVC executed a C3rant of Easement, which is in sood a+nd sufEicient form, conveying to the City of Cupertino, j Grantee, an easement for public utility purposes over the property situatc in the City of Cupertino, County of Santa C1Ara, Stnte of Califomia, more particulnrly described in Exhibit "A" and Exhibit "B", attached hereto and made a pact hereof: All thtst certain real property situnte in the City of Cupertino, County of Santa Ciara, State of California, located at 10250 Scenic Boulevard. NOW, T'HEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, thut the City of Cupertino accept suid Grant so tendered; and IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk is hereby uuthoriud to record said Grant of Easement and this resolution.
