APPROVING CONTRACT CHANGE ORDER NO. 1 FOR RECONSTRUCTION
OF CURBS, GUTTERS AND SIDEWALKS, PROJECT 95 -105
RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Cupertino, California, that
Change Order No. i for changes to work which has been approved by the Director of
Public Works and this day presented to this Council, be, and it is hereby approved in
conjunction with the project known as
RECONSTRUCTION OF CURBS, GUTTERS AND SIDEWALKS,
PROJECT 95 -105

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED THAT the following transfer of funds and
appropriation of funds to the Reconstruction of Curbs, Gutters and Sidewalks, Project 95-
105, Account No. 710 - 8403 -720, are hereby approved to cover this change order:
• Transfer $19,988.00 from the Street Maintenance —Slurry Seal, Project 95 -102, 710-
8404 -714
Appropriate $44,289.96 from the Gas Tax Fund
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of
Cupertino this 20th day of November, 1995, by the following vote:
