A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO
ACCEPTING GRANT OF EASEMENT FOR ROADWAY PURPOSES
FROM RATHIN NEOGY AND GERALDINE NEOGY, APN 342 -16 -036,
10630 SANTA LUCIA ROAD
WHEREAS, Rathin Neogy and Geraldine Neogy have executed a Grant of
Easement for Roadway Purposes which is in good and sufficient form, granting to the
City of Cupertino, County of Santa Clara, State of California, easement over certain real
property for roadway purposes, situate in the City of Cupertino, more particularly
described in Exhibit "A" and Exhibit "B ", attached hereto and made a part hereof, which
is as follows:
All that certain real property situate in the City of Cupertino,
County of Santa Clara, State of California, located at 10630 Santa
Lucia Road, APN 342 -16 -036.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City of Cupertino accept said
grant so tendered; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Clerk is hereby authorized to record
said dedication and this resolution.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of
Cupertino this 6th day of November, 1995, by the following vote:

roadway purposes, together with the right to construct, repair, operate, and maintain any and all
public utilities and improvements which shall be or become necessary for preservation of the
public safety, welfare or convenience, the hereinafter described property which is situated in the
City of Cupertino, County of Santa Clara, State of California, and as described as follows:

All that certain real property situate in the City of Cupertino, County of
Santa Clara, State of California described as follows:
Beginning at a. -point on the northerly line of Lot 107 as shown on that certain
Map entitled, Map of Inspiration Heights Monta Vista ", filed for record in
Book "P" of Maps at page 13, Santa Clara County Records, said point bears
S 89 040'00" E distant 20.00 feet from the center line of Santa Lucia Road
as shown on said Map and being the easterly line of said Santa Lucia Road;
thence along said easterly line South 69.69 feet and S 44 056156" E 95.90 feet;
thence leaving said line N 45 003104" E 10.00 feet; thence parallel with:the
said easterly line of Santa Lucia Road and distant 10.00 feet measured at
right angles N 44 056156" W 91.76 feet and North 65.50 feet to the northerly
line of said Lot 107; thence along said northerly line N 89 040100" W 10.00
feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
