A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO
ACCEPTING A GRANT OF EASEMENT FOR ROADWAY PURPOSES FROM
PATRICK J. GEARY AND TAMMY T, GEARY, 10164 CARMEN ROAD
(APN 357-09-079)
WHEREAS, Patrick J. Geary and Tantmy T. Geary, have executed a Grant of
Easement for Roadway Purposes which is in good and sufficient form, granting to the
City of Cupertino, County of Santa Clara, State of California, easement over certain real
property for roadway purposes, situate in the City of Cupertino, more particularly
described in Exhibit "A" and Exhibit "B", attached hereto and made a part hereof, which
is as follows:
All that certain real property situate in the City of Cupertino, County of
Santa Clara, State of California, at 10164 Carmen Road,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City of Cupertino accept said
grant so tendered; and
IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk is hereby authorized to record
said dedication and this resolution.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of
Cupertino this 19thdayof June ,1995, by the following vote:

roadway purposes, together with the right to construct, repair, operate, and maintain any and all
public utilities and improvements which shall be or become necessary for preservation of the
public safety, welfare or convenience, the hereinafter described property which is situated in the
City of Cupertino, County of Santa Clara, State of California, and as described as follows:

LEGAL DESCRIPTION
Beginning at a point on the Easterly line of Carmen Road ( 40
feet wide) and a point common to sections 82 and 109 as shown
on that certain map entitled "Map of Inspiration Point, Monte
vista" which said map was filed in Book P of Maps at Page l8,
Santa Clara County Records, Thence running along said
Easterly line of Carmen Road and 20 feet distant, when
measured at right angles to the center line of Carmen Road
25.00 feet to the Westerly prolongation of the Southerly line
of section 109A as shown on said Map of Inspiration Point,
thence running South 89° 53' East along a line common to
sections l09 and l09A 5.00 feet to a point that is 25 feet
from the center line of Carmen Road when measured at right
angles, Thence running parallel with the center line of
Carmen Road and distant 25 feet when measured at right angles
South 0° 7' West 25.00 feet to a point on a line common to
sections l09 and 82 as shown on said Map of Inspiration
Point, Thence North 89° 53' West 5.00 feet to the POINT OF
BEGINNING.
