CC Resolution No. 9303 RESOLUTION NO. 9303 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO DESIGNATING AGENTS FOR OBTAINING FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE FOR WINTER STORMS WHICH OCCURRED IN JANUARY AND FEBRUARY, 1995 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO that Bert Viskovich, Director of Public Works or Carol Atwood, Director of Administrative Services, is hereby authorized to execute for and in behalf of the City of Cupertino, a public entity established under the laws of the State of California, the attached application and to file it in the Office of Emergency Services for the purpose of obtaining certain federal financial assistance and/or state financial assistance under the Natural Disaster Assistance Act for winter storms which occurred in January and February, 1995, IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED that the City of Cupertino hereby authorizes its agent to provide to the State Office of Emergency Services for all matters pertaining such state disaster assistance the assurances and agreements required, PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Cupertino this 20TH day of March , 1995, by the following vote: YQ1!: Members of the City Council AYES: NOES: ABSENT: ABSTAIN: Bautista, Burnett, Koppel, Sorensen, Dean None None None APPROVED: /sl Wally Dean Mayor, City of Cupertino ATTEST: Is I Kimbprly M. ~mirh City Clerk
