RESOLUTION NO. 9244
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO
APPROVING CONTRACT CHANGE ORDER NO 15 FOR CUPERTINO
NINE SCHOOL SITE IMPROVEMENTS, PROJECT 93-9106
RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Cupertino, California, that
Change Order No. 15 for changes to work which has been approved by the Director of
Public Works and this day presented to this council, be, and it is hereby approved in
conjunction with the project known as
CUPERTINO NINE SCHOOL SITE IMPROVEMENTS,
PROJECT 93-9106
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that funds are available and no further
appropriation is necessary.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of
Cupertino this 5th day of December, 1994, by the following vote:
