A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO
APPROVING CONTRACT CHANGE ORDER NO. I FOR ANNUAL
OVERLA Y AND PAVEMENT RESTORATION, PROJECT 94-106
RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Cupertino, California, that
Change Order No. I for changes to work which has been approved by the Director of
Public Works and this day presented to this Council, be, and it is hereby approved in
conjunction with the project known as
ANNUAL OVERLAY AND PAVEMENT RESTORATION,
PROJECT 94-106
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that authorization is granted to expend
$20,405.00 fÌ'om the street pavement maintenance account to cover this change order.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of
Cupertino this 7th day of November , 1994, by the following vote:
